  • David Ellison

    Chief Executive Officer

    David Ellison is Chief Executive Officer of Skydance, the diversified media company he founded in 2010 to create elevated, event-level, commercial entertainment for global audiences. As CEO, he sets and executes the strategic vision for the company: to create memorable experiences by building immersive worlds and bringing exceptionally crafted stories to life across time and platforms. Under David’s leadership, Skydance has produced blockbuster and award-winning films including True Grit, Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol, Jack Reacher, G.I. Joe: Retaliation, World War Z, Star Trek Into Darkness, Terminator Genisys and Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, Star Trek Beyond, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, and LIFE. He currently oversees Skydance’s feature film slate Mission: Impossible - Fallout on July 27, 2018. In 2013, David launched Skydance Television, which has produced two Emmy nominated series – Manhattan on WGN America and Grace and Frankie on Netflix – and most recently launched Altered Carbon on Netflix. He oversees a diverse slate of series across various networks, including Jack Ryan on Amazon, Condor on AT&T Audience Network, and Dietland on AMC. In 2016, David led the Company’s first acquisition – of leading game developer The Workshop Entertainment, Inc. – and formed Skydance Interactive, a dedicated subsidiary that creates and owns original video games and virtual reality experiences. Skydance Interactive’s first VR offering is Archangel, launched summer of 2017 across all VR platforms. The studio is located in Marina del Rey, CA. In 2017, Skydance formed an animation division to develop and produce a slate of high-end feature films and television series in partnership with Spain’s Ilion Animation Studios. In 2018, David announced that Skydance has entered into a partnership with Tencent Holdings Limited, a leading provider of Internet value added services in China. He is an accomplished pilot and a lifelong film enthusiast. David attended the School of Cinematic Arts at USC and is a member of the Producers Guild of America as well as the Television Academy. He resides in Southern California with his wife, musician Sandra Lynn.

  • Dana Goldberg

    Chief Creative Officer

    As Chief Creative Officer of Skydance, Dana Goldberg helps to set and execute the company's overall creative vision across its feature film, television, interactive, animation, publishing, and licensing units. Dana joined Skydance in 2010 as President of Production, with responsibility for the entire film slate, including True Grit, Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol, Jack Reacher, G.I. Joe: Retaliation, World War Z, Star Trek Into Darkness, Terminator Genisys and Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, Star Trek Beyond, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, and LIFE. She currently oversees Skydance’s feature film slate, including Mission: Impossible – Fallout on July 27, 2018.

    In 2017, Skydance formed an animation division to develop and produce a slate of high-end feature films and television series in partnership with Spain’s Ilion Animation Studios. Goldberg also oversees the creative aspects of Skydance Television, which has produced two Emmy nominated series – Manhattan on WGN America and Grace and Frankie on Netflix. Currently, she oversees Skydance Television’s diverse slate of series across various networks, including Grace and Frankie and Altered Carbon on Netflix, Jack Ryan on Amazon, Condor on AT&T Audience Network and Dietland on AMC. Prior to Skydance, Goldberg served as President of Production at Village Roadshow Pictures, where she oversaw and served as executive producer on many of the studio’s blockbuster and award-winning films, including I Am Legend and Happy Feet. Prior to Village Roadshow, Dana served as Vice President of Production at Baltimore/Spring Creek Pictures. She has been a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences since 2007 and is a member of the Producers Guild of America and the Television Academy. Dana holds a B.A. degree from The University of Missouri.

  • Jesse Sisgold

    President & Chief Operating Officer

    As President and Chief Operating Officer of Skydance Media, Jesse helps to set and execute the overall strategy and growth plan for the company, while managing key operations across all units. He also oversees business and legal affairs, corporate development, digital and interactive entertainment, international distribution and co-productions, licensing, and television physical production for the company, and manages relationships across all distribution and co-financing partners.

    In 2018, Jesse was instrumental in forming a broad strategic partnership with Tencent Holdings Ltd to bolster Skydance’s footprint in China for its films, as well as its television, gaming and virtual reality – areas of recent aggressive expansion for Skydance. In 2017, he facilitated a multi-year renewal of Skydance’s first-look production and global distribution deal with Paramount, while also helping to create a slate partnership with Ilion Animation in Madrid, leading to the launch of Skydance Animation. In 2016, Jesse took a leadership role in Skydance’s first acquisition – of game developer The Workshop Entertainment – to form Skydance Interactive, as well as in securing a $700 million recapitalization to enable continued growth and expansion. And in 2015, he oversaw the formation of Skydance’s initial global television distribution pact with Lionsgate, resulting in the launch of Skydance International. Jesse was listed in Variety’s Dealmaker’s Impact Report in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

    Before joining Skydance, Jesse served as the managing shareholder of his own boutique entertainment and venture capital law firm and launched the graphic novel and augmented reality company Anomaly Productions. He began his career at Heller Ehrman LLP.

    Jesse is a member of the Television Academy and serves as a board member of UCLA’s Institute of Environment and Sustainability and Angels at Risk. He earned a J.D. with honors from the University of California, Hastings and a B.A. with honors from the University of California, San Diego.

  • Larry Wasserman

    Chief Financial Officer

    As Chief Financial Officer of Skydance, Larry Wasserman is responsible for all of the Company’s finance, accounting, and administrative operations, and also supports the analysis and execution of new business initiatives across the organization. In 2016, Larry has led the Company’s $700 million recapitalization to fund growth and expansion across its feature film, television, and interactive businesses. He was also at the forefront of Skydance’s first acquisition – of leading game developer The Workshop Entertainment, Inc. – to form Skydance Interactive, a dedicated subsidiary that creates and owns original video games and virtual reality experiences. Prior to Skydance, Larry was the Chief Financial Officer at DreamWorks Studios, where he oversaw all financial activities and several divisions of the independent film studio and played a key role in re-launching the company in 2008. Prior to DreamWorks, Larry held management positions in the Business Development and Strategic Planning group at Universal Pictures. He began his career at Greenwich Associates. He is a member of the Television Academy. Larry holds a B.A. degree from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

  • Anne Globe

    Chief Marketing Officer

    As Chief Marketing Officer of Skydance, Anne Globe leads all of the company’s strategic marketing, branding, corporate communication, publicity and licensing. Anne has overseen marketing for Skydance’s recent high-profile films including LIFE, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, Star Trek Beyond, Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation and Terminator Genisys and the upcoming Mission: Impossible – Fallout. She currently runs the overall marketing campaigns associated with all feature films and Skydance Television including current hit series Grace and Frankie on Netflix, Altered Carbon on Netflix, Jack Ryan on Amazon, Condor on AT&T Audience Network, and Dietland on AMC.

    Prior to Skydance, Anne served as Chief Marketing Officer for DreamWorks Animation, where she oversaw marketing for a number of beloved worldwide franchises, including Shrek, Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda and How To Train Your Dragon. She previously served in marketing roles at Universal Studios and The Walt Disney Studios. Anne has been recognized on Fast Company’s 2014 “Most Creative People in Business” list, THR’s “Women in Hollywood” list, Variety's 2016 and 2017 "Marketing Impact Report" and with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s 2012 “Woman of the Year” award. She is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Television Academy, Women in Film and the American Film Institute. Anne holds a B.S. degree from Syracuse University.

  • Marcy Ross

    President, Skydance Television

    As President of Skydance Television, Marcy Ross leads all of the company’s original programming efforts. She joined Skydance five years ago and launched its television division with two straight-to-series projects: Emmy-nominated Grace and Frankie on Netflix and critically acclaimed Manhattan on WGN America. Over the past few years Marcy has spearheaded a rapid expansion in the development, sales, and production of new series. Today, Skydance Television has five green-lit shows across a number of networks and Marcy is on-track to grow the slate even further. Current titles range from comedy Grace and Frankie on Netflix, to high-concept, strong IP-based projects such as Altered Carbon on Netflix, Jack Ryan on Amazon, Condor on AT&T Audience Network, Ten Days in the Valley on ABC, and Dietland on AMC. Prior to Skydance, Marcy served as Executive Vice President of Current Programming at Fox, where she was responsible for many long-running, critically acclaimed scripted series, including Glee, The Simpsons, New Girl, Bones, Raising Hope, Family Guy, House and 24. Prior to Fox, Marcy developed such cult favorites as Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Farscape. She is a member of the Television Academy. Marcy holds a B.A. degree from Florida State University.

  • Don Granger

    President, Feature Film Production

    As President of Production at Skydance, Don Granger is responsible for helping to oversee the Company’s growing feature film slate, including serving as executive producer on Skydance’s next theatrical release Mission: Impossible – Fallout on July 27th. Granger has over 25 years of experience in shepherding tentpole films, serving as producer on releases including Jack Reacher: Never Go Back and Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation and LIFE. Prior to Skydance, Granger served as President of Motion Picture Production at United Artists, where he ran the day-to-day development and production operations for five years. Before United Artists, Granger oversaw production, development and operations at C/W Productions as a senior executive, where he helped bring War of the Worlds, Mission Impossible III and Elizabethtown to the big screen. At C/W, Granger served as Producer on Ask the Dust and The Eye and as Executive Producer on Death Race. Prior to C/W, Granger served as Executive Vice President of Motion Picture Production at Paramount Pictures, where he was responsible for supervising such blockbuster franchises as Mission Impossible, Star Trek, Tomb Raider and the Jack Ryan films, as well as Patriot Games, Clear and Present Danger, Sum of All Fears, Varsity Blues, The Saint, Kiss the Girls, Along Came a Spider and the Academy Award®-winning Saving Private Ryan, among others. Prior to Paramount, Granger served as a creative executive and producer at the Mutual Film Company, The Weintraub Entertainment Group and Touchstone Pictures. Granger is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the Producers Guild. He holds a B.A. degree from Yale University and resides in Southern California with his family.

  • Bill Damaschke

    President of Animation and Family Entertainment

    Bill Damaschke works alongside Chief Creative Officer Dana Goldberg and Chief Executive Officer David Ellison to help set the overall creative direction and strategy for Skydance’s animation and family entertainment division. In conjunction with the company’s feature film and television divisions, Damaschke is curating and overseeing a team dedicated to producing a bold and original slate of both animated and hybrid family programming. Skydance’s first two animated feature films are Luck, which will be released on March 19, 2021, and Split. Veteran creative leadership teams are currently attached to both. Under Damaschke’s leadership, Skydance’s new Animation and Family Entertainment division will rapidly expand within the U.S., resulting in a significant footprint for the team in both Los Angeles and Madrid. He previously enjoyed a 20-year career at DreamWorks Animation, most recently as Chief Creative Officer, wherein he was responsible for leading the creative, artistic, and operational direction of the company. Damaschke’s tenure oversaw the release of some of animation’s most beloved franchise films, including Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda, How to Train Your Dragon, and The Croods. He also oversaw all of DreamWorks Animation’s live theatrical productions, including the award-winning “Shrek The Musical.” Damaschke continues to produce theater projects through his production company, StoryKey Entertainment. He holds a BFA in Music and Theater from Illinois Wesleyan University.
